Aaron Wong

Aaron was born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba, where he pursued his bachelor in nutritional sciences. Furthering his passion for health care, he went on to complete a bachelor’s in medical rehabilitation in physical therapy. Aaron continuously strives to improve his skills through continuing education. His goal is to provide patients with the basic foundation and knowledge to recover from injury, pursue their passion and live a balanced lifestyle. Jack McArdle
Resident physiotherapist, MscPT., B.Sc Kin.
Jack has called Okotoks home since 2009 and is grateful to serve the community that shaped him. He completed his BSc in kinesiology at the University of Saskatchewan and his MSc in physical therapy at the University of Alberta. With over 15 years of experience as an elite hockey player, Jack has a strong background in sports performance and rehabilitation. He works with active individuals of all levels and ages, with particular focus on hockey players, runners, baseball athletes, and individuals training through Pilates. Jack’s treatment style combines manual therapy, individualized exercise programming, and clear education. He believes movement is medicine and aims to help people build confidence, resilience, and long-term health through sustainable habits. Outside the clinic, Jack stays connected to the hockey community as an official, having referred to more than 600 elite and youth games. He enjoys staying active through running, tennis, skiing, hiking, golf, and surfing, and has completed multiple half marathons and a full marathon since retiring from competitive hockey.

With over 10 years of experience as a registered massage therapist, I have an established presence within the clinic. I specialize in deep tissue and myofascial release, supported by an advanced understanding of anatomy and movement. I focus on identifying and correcting the root cause of pain and dysfunctional movement patterns to create lasting change. I’m best known for treating chronic neck, shoulder, and lower back issues. My treatments are precise, targeted and well suited for clients seeking effective, outcome focused care. As a retired bodybuilder and current fitness coach, with a strong background in strength training. I understand how the body responds to load, training, and recovery. I apply that knowledge directly into my practice. I believe the body is meant to move and I help clients not only recover but move and feel their best.

Kristine Ritchie

Krissy graduated from the Calgary College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture in 2019. Since then, she has remained a member in good standing with CMMOTA (3096) and has continued her education to be able to offer specialized services such as dynamic cupping, therapeutic myofascial release, hot stone massage, basic lymphatic drainage of extremities, and basics of reflexology. Krissy’s education and experience offers a different approach to massage aiming to find and treat the root cause of her client’s pain and playing a vital role in restoring function throughout the body including the musculoskeletal system and improving the nervous system all to restore the body to pain free movement. She is extremely compassionate and comes from a genuine place in wanting to improve her clients’ quality of life. Teri-Lynn graduated from Makami College in 2022. She is a registered 3000-hour massage therapist. She is passionate about connecting with you and being an integral part of your health care journey. Teri-Lynn continues to add to her education in order to better serve her patients. She is currently improving her skills by using RAPID relief therapy. Mel was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, and has worked as an office administrator for over 20 years. Her charismatic attitude comes from her experience on the job and her willingness to help provide the best service to patients. Mel is excited to be part of the Balance Physiotherapy & Massage team and is happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
